Ingredients:
1 pork shoulder
1 cup That Rub - Original Blend
Directions:
Preheat oven to 275. Rub seasoning on entire outside of shoulder, packing it on generously. Place in roasting pan on rack, with 1 cup water below. Bake uncovered for approximately 2.5 hours, or until meat tears easily. Shred meat and use for sandwiches, tacos, nachos or salad topping.
